The Beatles「披頭合唱團」1968年的專輯《White Album》當中有一首“Obla-Di-Obla-Da ”後來於1976年底重新推出單曲獲得49名，這首歌起初於1969年曾由Athur Conley推出過獲得51名。
“Obla-Di-Obla-Da ”這首歌裡提及Molly Jones這個人，根據Paul
McCartney在自傳裡的說法，那是一首很自我的歌，Molly Jones是Desmond and Molly這對夫妻之一，Paul喜歡這名字，事實上並沒有這個人，Desmond是一個很加勒比海風格的名字，在澳洲 Surry Hills有一家Desmond and Molly Jones Hair Salon髮廊，而Desmond
Dekker則是一個雷鬼歌手，他有一首Top 10 的暢銷曲Israelites
(#9/69) 也曾獲得英國排行榜冠軍，還是一首進搖滾樂名人堂的歌。
