  「1965年《Help!》發行的時候，我其實是在呼救，」John Lennon 約翰·藍儂在1980年接受《花花公子》雜誌David Sheff 採訪時說道。「大多數人認為這只是一首快節奏的搖滾歌曲。當時我並沒有意識到這一點；我寫這首歌只是因為受邀為電影創作。但後來，我知道我真的是在呼救，那是我肥胖的時期」。

  1970年12月8日於紐約接受《滾石》雜誌記者Jann Wenner的採訪時，Lennon將《Help!》和《Strawberry Fields Forever》描述為「個人作品」。 「它們一直被認為是我的佳作，」Lennon說。 「它們是我真正根據自身經歷創作的，而不是把自己帶入某種情境，然後寫一個美好的故事。」在採訪的後半段，Lennon談到《Help!》時說：「歌詞現在和當時一樣好。沒有任何不同，這讓我感到安心，因為我知道我當時對自己有如此清晰的認識。當時我只是在做真心實意的版本，『Help!』我是為了真實性。

  電影《Help!》由 Richard Lester執導，他曾指導披頭四 的第一部電影《一夜狂歡》( A Hard Day's Night )。 《救命！》(Help!) 於1965年8月3日在美國首映。之後還有披頭四的電影：《神秘之旅》 (Magical Mystery Tour )於1967年12月26日在英國電視台首映；動畫片《黃色潛水艇》( Yellow Submarine)於1968年上映。紀錄片《順其自然》（Let It Be )則記錄了披頭四的最後時光。

  在《Help!》之後，原本計劃拍攝第三部披頭四電影，但最終未能實現。

Linda Ronstadt &Aaron Neville-All My Life

  今天介紹另外一首男女對唱的歌曲， Linda Ronstadt 與 Aaron Neville合唱的〈All My Life 〉。

  〈All My Life 〉是 Linda Ronstadt 與 Aaron Neville 合作的第二首歌， Linda 與 Aaron的歌喉之美無話可說 ，所以在1989年的 〈Don’t Know Much〉之後再度推出二人對唱的〈All My Life〉。

  這首歌在1990年的 Billboard Hot 100 排行榜最高獲得第11名。也獲得 Grammy最佳二重唱獎。

Samantha Sang -Emotion

    今天介紹一首 Samantha Sang 1978年獲得過 Cash Box錢櫃雜誌排行榜冠軍，Billboard Hot 100 排行榜第3名.充滿 Bee Gees風味的動聽抒情歌曲〈Emotion〉 。

John Schneider --It's Now Or Never

 

 John Schneider 於1954年4月8日出生於紐約的 Mt. Kisco基斯科山 。John因在電視劇《杜克兄弟》（The Dukes of Hazzard）中飾演年輕的博·杜克 Bo Duke而受到全美關注。經過日夜練習，他在1977年錄製了一張鮮為人知的兒童專輯。在花了三年時間之後，John準備成為一名具有鄉村音樂風格的流行歌手。

Seals & Crofts-Summer Breeze

 

  唱紅〈Summer Breeze〉的輕搖滾雙人組( Seals & Crofts )的成員之一 Dash Crofts 去世，享年 85 歲。他的去世緊隨其搭檔 Jim Seals 於 2022 年去世之後。

  製作人（Louie Shelton）於週四（2026年3月26日）清晨宣布了這一消息，隨後Crofts 的一位家人向媒體證實了此事。Shelton在 Facebook上寫道：「驚聞我們親愛的兄弟和音樂夥伴今天去世，深感悲痛。向他的家人和眾多歌迷致以最深切的慰問和祈禱。安息吧，我的兄弟……Dash Crofts。」
