Diana Ross-Endless Love

  今天是(3/26)Diana Ross 75歲生日，這位Motown唱片公司起家的巨星，將以一場演唱會來慶祝這個特別的日子。

  這一場演唱會命名"Diamond Diana & Family & Friends 75th Birthday Celebration" ，她這位前Supremes合唱團的招牌主唱將和隊友合唱以前合作過的歌及個人的作品，在活動規劃建議下，Ross也和她的家人及特別來賓聯合演出。

  她鼓勵演唱會的來賓穿金戴銀前來參加盛會。

  另一個慶祝Diana Ross的75歲生日的方法就是在Diana Ross: Her Life, Love and Legacy紀錄片拍片時，加入當臨時演員，這片子日後會全美戲院播映。 這電影取材包括Diana Ross: Live in Central Park的片段​，​那是1983年七月在紐約舉行的歷史性二天演唱會的紀錄，另外還有Diana的子女向他致敬的話。

  1983年七月21日那一天，450,000人擠進紐約中央公園的Great Lawn旁邊看 Diana Ross演唱會，但一場閃電暴雨迫使演唱會提前結束，Ross在舞台上承諾她 次日會回到場上完整演出一次，第二天她真的出現，展現了一場演唱生涯最令 歌迷振奮的演出，那天現場又來了350,000人。

  Diana Ross: Her Life, Love and Legacy另外也預告會在3/28拍片，等於給有興趣的 歌迷有機會當臨時演員。

     Diana Ross 1944 3/26出生於底特律，是歷年暢銷歌星排行榜第47名的影、歌 雙棲巨星，1961-1969年是The Supremes合唱團的主唱，1988-2000她曾與挪威一 位船運富商Ame Naess結婚，如果將她個人和The Supremes時期的成績合併， Diana Ross是1976 及1981年的冠軍歌星。

  Diana Ross個人成績最好的歌是1981年獲得過九週冠軍，與Lionel Richie合唱的 電影插曲Endless Love。

The Zombies-Time of the Season

  英國搖滾樂團The Zombies本月底（2019/03）將獲選進入搖滾樂名人堂，最近他們推出一套盒裝黑膠唱片The Complete Studio Recordings，其中有他們1960年代全盛時期62首暢銷曲。

  這套盒裝唱片裡有British Invasion 「英國搖滾入侵美國」時走紅的Zombies在美國錄製的二張專輯-1965年的She's Not There/Tell Her No 與 1968年的Odessey & Oracle，另外有二張精選輯-新創作的R.I.P. 與 1965年的 I Love You，這二張專輯只在英國和日本推出過，在這套唱片裡另有一張Oddities & Extras，是一張英國版罕有單曲精選專輯，一共五張。     

  Zombies的創團貝斯手Chris White 3/29也將推出一張之前他未推出過的單曲選集The Chris White Experience (Volume One) ，同一天他們的團也將進入搖滾樂名人堂，這張有13首歌的專輯包括1977 至 2015年的作品，裡面有試錄帶、錄音室裡的合唱、從沒聽過的歌…。

  許多知名音樂圈好友都推崇這張唱片，他們是Chris White在 Zombies 合唱團的隊友 Colin Blunstone、 Rod Argent 和 Hugh Grundy，前Procol Harum 鍵琴手 Matthew Fisher，Argent合唱團團員Jim Rodford、Bob Henrit、Russ Ballard和 John Verity，Humble Pie 吉他手 Clem Clempson及Styx鼓手Todd Sucherman。

  除了當The Zombies的貝斯手，Chris White也協助製作和寫他們1968年的經典專輯Odessey & Oracle之中大部分的歌，1967年Zombies解散後，White繼續替主鍵琴手Rod Argent接著成立的Argent合唱團協助製作並寫歌。

  The Zombies 1968年的經典專輯Odessey & Oracle之中有一首"Time of the Season"，曾經獲得Billboard票房雜誌熱門排行榜2週第3名，在Cashbox 錢櫃雜誌則獲得冠軍，後來進入搖滾樂名人堂，是一首伴奏非常特別，很好聽的歌。

Olivia Newton-John-Don't Stop Believin'

你有沒有想過第一次看電影Grease「火爆浪子」是在John Travolta的私人飛機上和Olivia Newton-John 和John Travolta一起看？不要說不可能，因為Olivia Newton-John的先生就是這個幸運兒（Olivia 1984-1995與演員Matt Lattanzi結過婚），在她新的自傳Don't Stop Believin'裡，就有好幾個這般有趣的故事。

  這本自傳在三月12日出版，內容敘述Olivia的童年生活，她成名的心路歷程，她的社會關係，她的工作精神，她與癌症對抗和個人身體健康的真相。

  洩個底：Olivia Newton-John的健康沒有問題。

  Olivia Newton-John聽說企劃人員準備拍一部她的自傳電影，但Olivia並沒有真的參與，她笑著說：她反而想寫一本自傳，以免搞錯。其實她並不是突發奇想，只要一開始想像，很多往日生涯的歷程都很有趣，也帶給她很多美好的回憶，所以她覺得她最好寫下來，以免掛一漏萬。

 Olivia Newton-John希望讀者們喜歡這本自傳，希望他們從書中對她有更多的認識，也希望讀者們能從她的自傳得到一些正向的思考。

  談到正向思考，Olivia很高興去年她公開一段影帶去平息她將去世的謠言，她說她真的很高興謠言因而停止在網路上流傳，他覺得讓那些人知道她活得很好就會停止這種謠言。

  對未來的動向，Olivia Newton-John說她沒興趣再做以前做過的事，她想重新開始。

                                       

  Olivia Newton-John日後將專注於他已經努力十幾年在澳洲墨爾本的癌症醫療中心Cancer Wellness & Research Centre（她原有服裝公司Koala Blue），她也努力想將醫療用大麻在澳洲合法化。

  Olivia Newton-John是歷年暢銷歌星排行榜第41名的影歌雙棲巨星，她16歲時因才藝表演奪冠而前往英國比賽，因而踏入歌壇。她祖父是德國的諾貝爾物理獎得主Max Born。

Grateful Dead - Touch Of Grey

  一場規劃中的Woodstock 50演唱會參加藝人名單還沒公佈，但Billboard雜誌已經揭露一些將會參加演出的藝人的消息。

  為紀念1969年的Woodstock音樂節50周年，由Grateful Dead轉型的Dead and Company 和 Santana合唱團將在Woodstock 50演唱會領銜演出，The Grateful Dead 與 Santana都在當年的Woodstock音樂節演出過。

  另類搖滾樂隊The Killers 和 Imagine Dragons也有報導在演出名單裡，而Grammy獎得主Chance the Rapper預料將也在名單內。

  有報導指出Woodstock 50演唱會有財務問題，參加歌者將領不到酬勞，然而Billboard雜誌說：Woodstock 50組委會已經募得幾百萬美元，每個參加演出的藝人都會得到全部酬勞。

  Billboard說頭期款會先付，因為活動還沒啟動，演唱會業界人士說先付錢有點冒險。

  演唱名單最近二週將揭曉，Woodstock 50演唱會今年八月16日至18日在紐約Schuyler郡Watkins Glen村的Watkins Glen 國際賽車場舉辦舉行，離1969年舉辦場地大約一個半小時路程遠。

  Woodstock 50由協辦過1969年Woodstock音樂節的製作人Michael Lang主辦。

  即興搖滾樂團The Grateful Dead主要由Jerry Garcia、Bob Weir二位主唱於1960年代後期在舊金山組成，他們在排行榜上名次最好的歌是1987年第9名的歌Touch Of Grey，雖然排行榜上暢銷曲不多，但是這個主流搖滾樂團有很多未推出單曲的歌卻極受歌迷們歡迎，其中1969年的Dark Star還曾獲選入搖滾樂名人堂，可惜主唱吉他手之一Jerry Garcia不幸已於1995年8月因心臟病去世。

  Dead and Company有The Grateful Dead團員Bob Weir、 Mickey Hart、Bill Kreutzmann及John Mayer、Oteil BurbridgeJeff 、 Chimenti等人，2015年二月John Mayer邀請Bob Weir參加長壽談話節目The Late Late Show，當時the Grateful Dead 幾位團員正籌辦   the Grateful Dead五十周年系列節目Fare Thee Well，因John Mayer原來就愛聽the Grateful Dead 的歌，二人一拍即合，2015年十月31日，他們於紐約麥迪遜花園廣場舉辦了一場演唱會"magical"，獲得了不錯的評價，原來只準備辦一場的這個組合欲罷不能，就繼續合作下去了，他們演唱會的實況都有CD發行，但是並沒有錄音室專輯或單曲出版。

  Grateful Dead - Touch Of Grey 的Music Video用特效設計的骷髏合唱團演唱，後來才轉換成真人演唱很有意思。
