 鄉村搖滾三重唱The Stray Cats在淡出音樂圈26年後再度推出一張專輯唱片，這張專輯抬頭是˂40˃，代表的是The Stray Cats這個三重唱退休40週年紀念，他們三名團員是主唱吉他手Brian Setzer，貝斯手Lee Rocker與鼓手Slim Jim Phantom。

   這張專輯將分別推出CD、黑膠唱片與數位串流，特別設計的彩妝套裝黑膠唱片裡面有双面24×12吋的海報，在獨立唱片行可以找到，此外豪華版˂40˃才有二首贈送的歌，二個Stray Cats杯墊，二張Stray Cats貼紙和一張海報，則可以在ʺ衝浪狗ˮ唱片官網訂購。

  The Stray Cats於2018年底在鄉村音樂之都Nashville錄˂40˃這張專輯，製作人Peter Collins曾與Rush、Bon Jovi、Alice Cooper及樂界很多歌手合作過，唱片發行後The Stray Cats推出三首單曲"Cat Fight (Over a Dog Like Me)" 、"Rock It Off" 和 "Cry Danger"，這幾首歌可以在Stray Cats的YouTube頻道找到。

    The Stray Cats為推廣這張專輯˂40˃，將以40th anniversary tour 巡迴演唱會配合，演唱會6月21日將從西班牙Vitoria開唱，9月1日在加州聖地牙哥結束。

    The Stray Cats成立於紐約長島，1981-1982年在英國錄過二張專輯，1984年解散，1988年復合。他們在排行榜上名次最好的歌是1982年得到3週第3名的Stray Cat Strut。

The Bad Company- Can't Get Enough

   Paul Rodgers  6月2日將出席一場在加州棕櫚泉Zoso 飯店所舉行的第7屆年度CV音樂獎頒獎典禮，會裡將頒發生涯特殊榮譽成就獎給他。

  曾擔任The Bad Company和Free 及The Firm等三個知名搖滾樂團主唱的Paul Rodgers，將在場接受這個活動第一個指標獎項，一個為他量身打造的榮譽，此外這位搖滾樂手和他妻子還將每張入場券抽五美元捐出去，贊助三個動物救援組織的活動經費，這三個組織是-- the Living Free Animal Sanctuary｢動物自由庇護所｣，the Loving All Animals organization｢愛護所有動物組織｣，Coachella Valley Horse Rescue｢寇奇拉山谷救馬會｣。

  Paul將提供特別製作的禮物袋給買VIP票的歌迷，裡面裝有他出版的DVD 與 CD。

  44個獎項將於2019 CV Music Awards頒發，向來自加州寇奇拉山谷的樂隊與音樂人致敬。

  此外Rogers 已經敲定有12場2019 U.S. concerts巡迴演唱，其中有幾場開場邀來南方搖滾樂團Lynyrd Skynyrd打頭陣，還有一些表演有Foghat 領銜助唱。

  由Paul Rodgers 擔任主唱的搖滾樂團The Bad Company於1974年組成，Rodgers與鼓手Simon Kirke原為英國搖滾樂團Free的團員，他們在Billboard Hot 100排行榜名次最好的歌是1974年的成名曲，獲得第5名的Can’t Get Enough，此曲在Cash Box錢櫃雜誌則獲得排行榜冠軍。

Doris Day-Whatever Will Be ,Will Be（Que Sera Sera）

   Paul McCartney已經寫了向資深雙棲女星和藝人Doris Day致敬的貼文，Doris Day五月13日去世，高齡97歲。

  前披頭合唱團The Beatles的團員Paul McCartney和Doris Day交情不錯，因Doris具有當年的代表性，使她的名字在The Beatles的歌"Dig It"當中出現，大牌歌星如Billy Joel, Wham!與其它許多歌手也都用過Doris的大名，但Paul McCartney也是Doris Day的電影迷和歌迷。

  Paul McCartney對Doris去世感到很難過，Paul在他的官網上寫道Doris Day在很多方面都是很傑出的明星，我很榮幸因某些機緣常和她出去。

  Paul曾到Doris在加州的家裡拜訪，她家像個動物庇護所，裡面有很多狗，Doris以很高標的方式照顧它們，Paul強調: Doris Day有一顆黃金般的心，還非常幽默，我分享了很多的歡笑。

  McCartney加碼表示，她的電影如: Calamity Jane, Move Over, Darling及其它很多作品都非常好，她的演技和歌聲都掌握到重點，我會懷念她，而且不會忘掉她閃耀的笑容，有感染力的笑聲，和他留給我們的好歌ヽ好電影。上帝保佑她!

  回到2011年，McCartney替英國每日電訊報訪問Doris Day，訪問內容是為Doris最後一張專輯唱片My Heart的推廣，像Paul所講的一樣，報紙給Doris下的結論是:她是一位素食主義者，更是一位超級動物權益的推廣者。

  Doris Day 1922年出生於美國俄亥俄州Cincinnati，1950年代後期成為票房冠軍藝人，1968-1973年也做過電視節目主持人，1948-1954年她有31首進排行榜的暢銷曲，其中包括"Love Somebody"ヽ"A Guy Is A Guy"ヽ"Secret Love"三首冠軍曲，在1954年開始的搖滾樂紀元排行榜統計中，Doris Day名次最好的歌是1956年獲得過三週第2名，由Doris Day與James Stewart主演的電影〈擒凶計〉的插曲Whatever Will Be ,Will Be（Que Sera Sera），此曲後來也進入搖滾樂名人堂。

Led Zeppelin- Stairway to Heaven

一部講Led Zeppelin早期奮鬥歷程的紀錄片，將是他們入行50週年紀念活動的一部份。

  這片子尚未命名，目前還在後製中，故事從1968 -1970年講起，當時他們的第二張專輯在Billboard 200專輯排行榜取代了The Beatles披頭合唱團的Abbey Road，登了排行榜冠軍。

  這片子有還在世的Led Zeppelin團員新的訪問，他們是吉它手Jimmy Page，主唱Robert Plant與貝斯手 John Paul Jones，另外也將已故鼓手John Bonham的訪問剪進去，這片子自誇前所未有地由團員們以他們自己的語言口述Led Zeppelin的故事，沒有外人的說詞或意見在內。

  這片子中有以前沒有公開過的照片和影片，也有錄音室及舞台上工作時的自然音，工作人員是擔任美國公共電視音樂之根源系列節目得過獎的製作團隊American Epic，包括編導Bernard MacMahon。

  Page表示當他看到Bernard在視像與音感的處理都非常有他們團隊的水準，他覺得Bernard有資格說他們的故事。

  Jones加碼說這是適當的時刻用他們自己的語言去說他們的故事，他覺得這紀錄片將真實地將故事深植心中。

  有消息透露Led Zeppelin紀錄片將在五月14日坎城影展時兜售。

  硬式搖滾樂團Led Zeppelin組團於英國，1973年首度到美國巡迴演唱曾打破多項紀錄，鼓手John Bonham於1980年九月去世時才33歲，當年底該團就宣告解散，Led Zeppelin前九張專輯在美國賣了九千多萬張，2005年他們獲得Grammy終生成就獎。

  Led Zeppelin不是一個可用排行榜名次評估的搖滾樂團，他們1971年推出的Stairway To Heaven是他們第四張專輯裡的歌，從未推出單曲唱片，但卻是滾石雜誌500大歌曲榜第31名的名曲，樂評人皆以史詩般的內涵形容這首歌，可以說團員們將他們每個人的藝術天份在歌中完全發揮。

Taron Egerton/Elton John - Rocket Man

  在簽約演出即將上片的電影Rocketman 「火箭人」之後，Elton John 已經改變了Taron Egerton生活，在新出刊的時尚生活雜誌GQ中，Taron介紹了Elton John有哪些歌影響了他。

  Taron說Elton John的"Can You Feel the Love Tonight"是第一首吸引他的歌，這首歌是1994年Elton John替電影The Lion King演唱的插曲，Taron說他還記得當年他和母親搬家到威爾斯的一個離島，他一次又一次的看那部迪士尼電影。

  那部電影是他許多人生經歷當中，很特別的有一見鍾情之感的回憶。

  Taron喜歡的第二首Elton John名曲是"I Guess That's Why They Call It the Blues"，片中略顯不安的青少年Egerton坐在他繼父的車上-在去學校的路上，他會唱這首歌。

  最後Taron說："Your Song"在他心目中有特別的地位，因為他十七、八歲時，每次參加學校選秀會時，他都唱這首Elton John的成名曲。

  他覺得那首歌帶給他魔力，他覺得歌純真又簡樸，他有二位朋友最近結婚，他在耶誕節的婚禮上還唱了"Your Song"。

  Taron很意外地提及"I'm Still Standing"，他在2016年最受歡迎的動畫電影中曾演唱過這首歌，歌迷們因而發現他不但有個好歌喉，他還能把Elton John的歌唱好。

     Rocket Man是Elton John 1972年獲得第6名的暢銷曲，也是滾石雜誌500大歌曲榜第245名的名曲。
