一部講Led Zeppelin早期奮鬥歷程的紀錄片，將是他們入行50週年紀念活動的一部份。
這片子尚未命名，目前還在後製中，故事從1968 -1970年講起，當時他們的第二張專輯在Billboard 200專輯排行榜取代了The Beatles披頭合唱團的Abbey Road，登了排行榜冠軍。
這片子有還在世的Led Zeppelin團員新的訪問，他們是吉它手Jimmy Page，主唱Robert Plant與貝斯手 John Paul Jones，另外也將已故鼓手John Bonham的訪問剪進去，這片子自誇前所未有地由團員們以他們自己的語言口述Led
Zeppelin的故事，沒有外人的說詞或意見在內。
這片子中有以前沒有公開過的照片和影片，也有錄音室及舞台上工作時的自然音，工作人員是擔任美國公共電視音樂之根源系列節目得過獎的製作團隊American Epic，包括編導Bernard MacMahon。
Page表示當他看到Bernard在視像與音感的處理都非常有他們團隊的水準，他覺得Bernard有資格說他們的故事。
Jones加碼說這是適當的時刻用他們自己的語言去說他們的故事，他覺得這紀錄片將真實地將故事深植心中。
有消息透露Led Zeppelin紀錄片將在五月14日坎城影展時兜售。
硬式搖滾樂團Led Zeppelin組團於英國，1973年首度到美國巡迴演唱曾打破多項紀錄，鼓手John Bonham於1980年九月去世時才33歲，當年底該團就宣告解散，Led Zeppelin前九張專輯在美國賣了九千多萬張，2005年他們獲得Grammy終生成就獎。

Zeppelin不是一個可用排行榜名次評估的搖滾樂團，他們1971年推出的Stairway To Heaven是他們第四張專輯裡的歌，從未推出單曲唱片，但卻是滾石雜誌500大歌曲榜第31名的名曲，樂評人皆以史詩般的內涵形容這首歌，可以說團員們將他們每個人的藝術天份在歌中完全發揮。
