Meat Loaf-Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad

  Meat Loaf告德克薩斯州的飯店，因為出席面對歌迷活動時他摔下台受傷。  

  Meat Loaf 在去年(2019)五月參加節目問答單元的時候從舞台上摔下台，已經對德克薩斯飯店和〈周末德州驚夢會〉the Texas Frightmare Weekend convention節目的主辦人展開法律訴訟。

  「法庭新聞服務」報導：Meat Loaf 和他太太Deborah提告位於達拉斯國際機場Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport的海悅飯店the Hyatt Regency和節目主辦人，宣稱兩方要為這個意外的過失負責，訴狀指控摔下台讓Meat Loaf陸續傷到脖子、頸圈骨及肩膀，害他在醫院治療了42天。

  元月13日這個案子已經在德州地方法院立案，這位歌手還要繼續治療，他已經無法再表演，造成他財務上損失慘重。

  Meat Loaf指控被告在舞台上掛起簾幕，遮蔽了舞台邊緣，因此造成了一個陷阱，導致暗藏的危險。

  海悅飯店的發言人對訴訟進行中的案子不願表示意見。

    Meat Loaf是Marvin Lee的藝名，他於1947年九月出生於德州達拉斯，原來是一位劇場搖滾歌手，後來在Ted Nugent的專輯Free-For-All擔任主唱而出名，他也在洛杉磯劇作電影The Rocky Horror Picture Show《洛基恐怖秀》演Eddie，還在其它幾部電影裡客串演出過。

     Meat Loaf 1977年非常受歡迎的專輯Bat Out of Hell中的"Two Out of Three Ain't Bad"曾獲得Billboard Hot 100排行榜第11名，後來在網路下載量統計獲得白金唱片。
