知名的搖滾女歌手Christine_McVie染病短短沒多久就病逝於醫院(2022/11/30)，享年79歲，Fleetwood Mac合唱團在她家人發佈死訊後也發表聲明 :「她是本團曾擁有的最佳樂手與每個人一生最好的朋友」。隊友Stevie Nicks也說McVie是他世上最好的朋友。

McVie於1970年8月即加入Fleetwood Mac，當年主要創團者Peter Green的離去使這個團體改頭換面，樂風由British
blues「英國藍調」轉為Pop rock「流行搖滾」，他們開始在歌壇走紅，並於1977年成為The #1 Hot 100 artist (1977年最佳樂團)。
1977年獲得Cashbox錢櫃雜誌排行冠軍的”Don't
Stop”，是Christine McVie的作品，也是Fleetwood Mac最受歡迎的歌曲之一。
