Kyu Sakamoto - Sukiyaki

  即將到來的春節假期介紹的 One Hit Wonder 是日本男歌星坂本九 Kyu Sakamoto 於1963年推出獲得 Billboard Hot 100 單曲排行榜連續三周冠軍的 Sukiyaki「壽喜燒」。

  Kyu Sakamoto，1941/11/10 出生於日本川崎 Kawasaki，1985/8/12因飛機失事喪生(43歲)。坂本九是第一位進入美國熱門歌曲排行榜的日本歌星。

  由坂本九演唱， 榮六介 Rokusuke Ei 和中村八大 Hachidai Nakamura創作的這首Sukiyaki 獲得全球歌迷的歡迎。

  18年後的1981年，來自加州的一個 R&B-disco 樂團 A Taste of Honey推出了英語版的 Sukiyaki，獲得 Billboard Hot 100 單曲排行榜連續三周第3名。

  31年後的1994年，來自巴爾地摩的 R&B 演唱團體 4 P.M(For Positive Music)再度翻唱英語版的 Sukiyaki，在Billboard Hot 100 單曲排行榜也獲得很好的成績(94/#8)。

  三個不同世代的演唱版本都獲得Top10排行榜前10名的佳績，可見Sukiyaki這首歌受歡迎程度。
