    “1981 年2 月19 日，法院裁定，由於 Klein 在該案的幫忙，George Harrison 只需向ABCO 公司支付587,000 美元（ABKCO Music＆Records，Inc.是美國的獨立唱片公司，音樂出版商以及電影和視頻製作公司。創辦人：Allen Klein），而不是原先叫價160 萬美元的賠償金，並且還將獲得“He's So Fine”的版權。1978 年，Klein向 Bright Tunes 支付了這首歌的費用。

    George Harrison 是Beatles 的吉他手， 1943年出生於英格蘭利物浦。13歲時組了他第一個合唱團the Rebels，1958年加入Paul McCartney及John Lennon的The Quarrymen合唱團，那就是後來的天團The Beatles披頭合唱團。

    George Harrison 1971年於紐約麥迪遜花園廣場舉辦救援孟加拉災民演唱會，後來成為超級巨星合唱團Traveling Wilburys的一員。該團假裝用一個兄弟合唱團名義出唱片，實際上是George Harrison、Bob Dylan、ELO的主唱Jeff Lynn、Roy Orbison及Tom Petty這幾個大牌歌星共同的組合。

  George Harrison在披頭合唱團時期所主唱最有名的歌有 "Something"、"While My Guitar Gently Weeps"、"Here Comes The Sun"，2001年因喉癌去世(58歲)。2015年獲頒Grammy終生成就獎。

  "Something"是The Beatles 1969年的冠軍曲，BMI全美最常播放歌曲榜第17名的歌。

Traveling Wilburys的暢銷曲不多，George Harrison個人名次最好的歌是Give Love Give （Me Peace On Earth）（#1/1973）與 Got My Mind Set On You（#1/1987）。
