1965年以排行榜冠軍曲Game Of Love成名的搖滾樂手Wayne Fontana，3月9日正準備在他的老家英國曼徹斯特開唱前被上手銬帶走，警方一直找他出庭解決一個超速罰款的案子，Wayne第二天早上被保釋，但告訴他4月7日要出庭，Wayne Fontana三年前因為一件車內縱火案坐了11個月的牢。
Wayne Fontana當年是以Wayne Fontana＆The Mindbenders團名成名，他們除了冠軍曲Game Of Love之外，1966年獲得過排行榜二週第二名的A Groovy Kind Of Love更是一首非常動聽的歌，在BMI全美最常播出100首歌曲榜中，它是第73 名的歌，另一位英籍巨星Phil Collins於1988年重新翻唱曾獲二週排行榜冠軍曲。
