Diana Ross最近推出一首單曲"If The World Just Danced"，選自即將於11月發行的專輯〈Thank You〉。
這位出生於底特律的名歌手及演員在記者會中表示 :「跳舞沒錯的方式，跳就對了，讓每個人知道開心的玩就是快樂。當你跳舞時能感受到嬉鬧、幸福感，生命中只有愛」。
按照她在記者會裡的說法，Ross合寫並策畫〈Thank
You〉專輯中的每一首歌，整個過程使她覺得感恩。她補充 :「當你起舞，全世界也隨之起舞」。
Diana Ross 出生於1944年，她是一位R&B歌手、演員，1961-1969年她曾是the Supremes合唱團的主唱，1969年開始個人的歌唱事業，1972年首度主演Billie Holiday的傳記電影Lady Sings The Blues「難補情天恨」獲得金像獎最佳女主角提名，1975年他主演的電影Mahogny 「桃花心木」的主題曲Theme From Mahogny
(Do You Know Where You’re Going To) 獲得奧斯卡最佳電影歌曲提名。
如將她個人與the Supremes合唱團時代的暢銷曲合併計算的話，Diana Ross 是搖滾樂時代前五名的紅歌星。
