Quincy Jones -Just Once

     美國傳奇音樂人Quincy Jones (2024/11/03)逝世，享耆壽91歲。他生前多才多藝，身兼音樂及影視製作人、作曲家、作詞家和編曲家，並與諸多巨星合作，包括製作 Michael Jackson麥可傑克森的Thriller「顫慄」專輯。

  Quincy Jones 是當代流行樂界的成功人物，他最初是爵士樂和靈魂樂小號手，後來去海外當樂隊領隊，最後回到美國，作為作曲家、編曲家和製作人，開創了漫長而繁榮的職業生涯。他最著名和最暢銷的作品可能是與 Michael Jackson合作擔任 We Are The World的製作人，但Jones也曾與數百個其他成功的演員合作過，包括Herb Alpert, Louis Armstrong. LaVern Baker, Glen Campbell, Ray Charles, José Feliciano, Roberta Flack, Aretha Franklin, Her- bie Hancock, B.B. King, Little Richard, Manhattan Transfer, Johnny Mathis, Frank Sinatra, Billy Preston, Paul Simon, Ringo Starr, George Benson, Bill Withers, James Ingram, the Brothers Johnson,及 the Jacksons.

  Jones 還以自己的名義錄製了成功的唱片，為超過 35 部電影配樂並創作了大約十二部電視劇主題曲。到90 年代初，他已獲得76項格萊美獎提名（為所有藝人中最多的），並贏得了26 項。幫助非裔美國人提高了音樂界的地位。

  Quincy Jones在Billboard Hot 100排行榜進入Top20歌是與James Ingram合作的One Hundred Ways(#14/1981)與Just Once(#17/1981), Jones 1990年推出獲得過第 31名的 Secret Garden(Sweet Seduction Suite)邀請AI B.Sure, James Ingram, El DeBarge 及Barry White 領銜推出。

  另外他與Ray Charles及Chaka Khan 合作的l’ll Be Good To You(#18/1989)也是一首不錯的歌。
