Blue Öyster Cult-(Don't Fear) The Reaper

   以電影「回到未來」成名的   Michael J. Fox，1991年29歲時罹患帕金森氏病，1998年開始不再公開現身，但是因病情逐漸受控制，1999年他重新復出幫很多電影幕後配音。

     1996年Michael J. Fox退隱之前演出的電影Frighteners「神通鬼大」是一部黑色喜劇，票房和他成名的「回到未來」相比差很多，不過片中插曲倒是針對劇情經過挑選的名曲。

  重金屬搖滾樂團Blue Oyster Cult的成名曲 (Don’t Fear)The Reaper 於1976年7月底推出，最高曾獲得第12名，(Don’t Fear)The Reaper在滾石雜誌最早的500大歌曲榜獲得第397名，後來因新人輩出而退到第405名，滾石雜誌推崇這首歌是1976年最佳搖滾單曲，與Reaper(死神)、Cult(邪教) 相關的這首歌的氛圍，使這一首Blue Oyster Cult的名曲用在鬼片「神通鬼大」當插曲實在非常恰當。

  來自長島的搖滾樂團Blue Oyster Cult主唱是Eric Bloom，(Don't Fear) The Reaper作曲人則是吉它手 Donald Roeser 。
