1918年出生於芝加哥的此Ray
Charles，也於"The Muppet Show"節目演出過，而著名的"Three's Company"三人行電視劇的主題歌的男聲部份就是他唱的。
Ray Charles還曾在the
"Glen Campbell Good time Hour"與"Sha Na
Na" TV show二個電視節目擔任樂團領隊，他給人印象最深的是"Love
Me With Al Your Heart" (#3-1964) 及電影'花蕊戀春風'插曲 "Al Di
La" (#29-1964)這二首排行榜名次不錯的歌，
Ray Charles曾獲二座電視艾美獎，及因傑出電視工作五次獲得提名。
曾獲得過排行榜第三名的Love Me With Al Your Heart改編自墨西哥流行歌Cuanto Calienta
El Sol，是一首動聽的混聲合唱情歌。
