  Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell是Meat Loaf 1977年非常受歡迎的專輯Bat Out of Hell的續集，Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell這張專輯1993年10月進入Billboard 200專輯排行榜，其中的單曲"I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)"獲得Hot 100連續五週排行榜冠軍，另一首"Rock and Roll Dreams Come Through"則獲得第13名，這張專輯在美國賣了五百多萬張 。

  Welcome to the Neighbourhood在Billboard 200專輯排行榜則獲得第17名，其中的單曲"I'd Lie for You (And That's the Truth)"得到Billboard Hot 100榜第13名，而Welcome to the Neighbourhood這張專輯暢銷達百萬而獲認證為白金唱片。

  Meat Loaf是Marvin Lee的藝名，他於1947年九月出生於德州達拉斯，原來是一位劇場搖滾歌手，後來在Ted Nugent的專輯Free-For-All擔任主唱而出名，他也在The Rocky Horror Picture Show《洛基恐怖秀》和其他幾部電影裡客串演出過。
