   一首2020年6月中推出的歌，於2022年3月在Billboard Hot 100排行榜得到冠軍。

  Glass Animals 的 “Heat Waves” 之百名登頂奪冠之旅(經過59周)，打破了Mariah Carey的“All I Want for Christmas Is You”於 2019年12月所創35周的紀錄。

  在前所未有的奪冠過程進行中，“Heat Waves”在大多數的廣播電台熱播，也在TikTok「抖音」和網路串流大受歡迎。

 

  Glass Animals是一個來自英國Oxford的Alternative rock另類搖滾樂團，主唱是Dave Bayley，2014年推出第一張專輯〈Zaba〉，其中有英國的暢銷曲"Gooey"，第二張專輯〈How to Be a Human Being〉於2018年推出，獲得了樂評人的肯定並使他們得到年度新人獎，第三張專輯〈Dreamland〉其中的"Tokyo Drifting"獲得Billboard Alternative Songs chart.另類歌曲榜第7名。

  Glass Animals原是一個Indie rock「獨立搖滾」樂團，有punk rock龐克背景，因要進排行榜賣唱片，自然要跟主流唱片公司結合，另類搖滾比較適合他們的定位。

  "Heat Waves" 2021年2月即獲得澳洲排行榜冠軍，今年3月終於在美國登頂。
