The Four Tops碩果僅存一團員

10月18日，已故的Four Tops合唱團團員Renaldo "Obie" Benson的女兒，在密西根州的維恩郡告惟一尚存的Four Tops團員Duke Fakir，她認為Duke沒有盡力去收回該給[Four Tops, LLC] 公司的25,000美元賬款，希望公司能解決。
The Four Tops與The Supremes、The Temptations、The Miracles是Motown唱片公司這個黑人靈魂歌曲大本營的四大合唱團，也是歷年暢銷歌星與合唱團排行榜第54名的名團，主唱Levi Stubbs 2008/10/17去世（72歲），團員Lawrence Payton 1997/06/20去世（59歲），團員Renaldo "Obie" Benson則於2005/07/01去世（68歲），所以Duke Fakir是Four Tops目前僅存的團員。這個合唱團有二首都獲二週排行榜冠軍的歌曲：1965年的I Can’t Help Myself與1966年的Reach Out I’ll Be There，後者在滾石雜誌500大歌曲榜獲206名，也收進搖滾樂名人堂中，是他們最有名的歌 。
