  本名Johnny Lee Ham 的 Johnny Lee，1946 年 7 月 3 日出生於德州，在德州東部 Alta Loma 的一個奶牛牧場場長大。擠牛奶的時候，Johnny Lee 會聽搖滾樂，他認為當時鄉村音樂的鼻音太重了。1960 年代初，他和一些聖菲高中的同學組了 Johnny Lee & The Road Runners 樂團。

Miguel Rios -A SONG OF JOY

   One Hit Wonder 今天介紹貝多芬第九交響樂最後樂章的偉大作品 Miguel Rios 的 A SONG OF JOY (HIMNO A LA ALEGRIA)

  Miguel Rios（1944 年出生於西班牙格拉納達）從六歲起就開始唱歌。兩年後，他成為學校合唱團的成員。畢業後，他組了一個搖滾樂隊，在當地的酒吧演出。 Hispavox 唱片公司的一位製作人讓這位年輕人與作曲家兼指揮家 Waldo De Los Rios 的管弦樂團合作錄製了一首紀念歌，以紀念貝多芬誕辰 200 週年。De Los Rios 和一個名叫奧爾貝Orbe 的人精心製作了貝多芬第九交響曲最後樂章的偉大作品，其中包括大型的合唱團和大量的樂器。

Dennis De Young-Desert Moon

One Hit Wonder 今天介紹 1984年Dennis De Young獲得過第10名的“Desert Moon”。

  故事始於 1963 年伊利諾伊州 Roseland 市，那是一個青少年時期難以實現的夢想 。主唱鍵琴手 Dennis De Young 說: 鼓手 John Panozzo 和他的兄弟貝斯手 Chuck 住在我家對面。我們總是一起玩，當我們碰到大學舞會時，會盡可能地參加演出，這是一件大事。

  1968 年它們取名為 The Trade Winds ，三人就讀芝加哥州立大學時，又加入了同學主奏吉他手 Johnny "J. C." Curulewski ，他們簡稱 TW4。

Mouth & Macneal -How Do You Do

  Mouth & Macneal 是一個來自荷蘭的流行音樂二重唱：Willem “Mouth” Duyn 和 Maggie MacNeal（出生名為 Sjoukje Van't Spijker）。Duyn 已經於 2004 年 12 月 3 日因心臟病去世（享年 67 歲）。

  The Mouth (Willem Duyn)總是和 Maggie MacNeal (Sjoukje Van't Spijker)1971年在兩位藝人的個人發行失敗後組成此二人組。Willem“Mouth”偶然在阿姆斯特丹的錄音室聽到了Maggie的錄音帶。他與製片人 Hans van Hermert聯繫，安排與 MacNeal 的會面。由於對單曲失敗感到沮喪，MacNeal 同意與嗓音沙啞的Duyn結合。他們的第一張專輯〈Hey Love You〉在地區範圍內取得了良好的成績。他們的第二首單曲“How Do You Do”在國際上銷售極佳。光是在美國，銷量就超過了 100 萬張，

  來自英國的舞蹈樂團 Jive Bunny and The Mastermixers 成員包括 DJ Les Hemstock 、混音師 John Pickles、他的兒子 Andy Pickles 和 lan Morgan。

  “Swing the Mood”在英國獲得第5名。

  Los Lobos 是一個來自洛杉磯的西班牙裔美國搖滾樂團：（主唱）David Hildago、（吉他手）Cesar Rosas、（薩克斯風手）Steve Berlin、（貝斯手）Conrad Lozano 和（鼓手）Louie Peres。

  “La Bamba”這首歌摘自 Lou Diamond Phillip主演的電影《LaBamba》。1987 年上映的這部電影《La Bamba》是根據 Ritchie Valens 的故事改編的。

  Ritchie Valens 是一位拉丁搖滾歌手/詞曲作者/吉他手。 1941年5月 13 日生於加州 Pacoima，1959 年 2 月 3 日他與搖滾樂傳奇歌手 Buddy Holly 和 Big Bopper 因飛機失事喪生（17 歲）。Valens 版本的墨西哥民謠“La Bamba”是他的暢銷曲“Donna”的 B 面。就在開始走紅之時，這位當年17歲小孩和 Buddy Holly 和 Big Bopper 一起在飛機失事中喪生。就在這次致命的巡迴演出之前，他買了一棟房子給母親。

Toni Basil -Mickey

  本週介紹的 One Hit Wonder是 Toni Basil 於1982年獲得 Billboard 單曲排行冠軍的 "Mickey " 

    Toni Basil  1943年9月22日出生於賓州費城，原名為 Antonia Basilotta 是一位編舞/女演員/ 影片導演，曾於電影Easy Rider《逍遙騎士》演出。

    "Mickey " 啦啦隊表演 1981 年由洛杉磯 Dorsey High School 啦啦隊提供。

    Toni Basil 的 "Mickey'" 翻唱自 1979 年英國合唱團 Racey 的 "Kitty" 。這段精彩的 MV 是由 Toni Basil 親自編排的，‚因為這是她的主要職業。但當"Mickey" 讓她在全世界一夜成名時，她已經出道超過 15 年了。隨後又發行了後續專輯和單曲，但沒有一首能與這首朗朗上口的 80 年代流行歌曲相提並論。

Keith Carradine - I'm Easy

  Keith Carradine 1949 年 8 月 8 日出生於加州 San Mateo。主演過多部電影，包括 Pretty Baby《漂亮寶貝》、Nashville,《納許維爾》、 The Long Riders《長征騎士》等。他是演員John Caradine約翰卡拉定的兒子， David Carradine大衛卡拉定的同父異母兄弟。這個演員世家的父親、兄弟
