你有沒有想過第一次看電影Grease「火爆浪子」是在John Travolta的私人飛機上和Olivia Newton-John 和John Travolta一起看？不要說不可能，因為Olivia Newton-John的先生就是這個幸運兒（Olivia 1984-1995與演員Matt Lattanzi結過婚），在她新的自傳Don't Stop Believin'裡，就有好幾個這般有趣的故事。

  這本自傳在三月12日出版，內容敘述Olivia的童年生活，她成名的心路歷程，她的社會關係，她的工作精神，她與癌症對抗和個人身體健康的真相。

  Olivia Newton-John聽說企劃人員準備拍一部她的自傳電影，但Olivia並沒有真的參與，她笑著說：她反而想寫一本自傳，以免搞錯。其實她並不是突發奇想，只要一開始想像，很多往日生涯的歷程都很有趣，也帶給她很多美好的回憶，所以她覺得她最好寫下來，以免掛一漏萬。

 Olivia Newton-John希望讀者們喜歡這本自傳，希望他們從書中對她有更多的認識，也希望讀者們能從她的自傳得到一些正向的思考。

  談到正向思考，Olivia很高興去年她公開一段影帶去平息她將去世的謠言，她說她真的很高興謠言因而停止在網路上流傳，他覺得讓那些人知道她活得很好就會停止這種謠言。

  對未來的動向，Olivia Newton-John說她沒興趣再做以前做過的事，她想重新開始。

                                       

  Olivia Newton-John日後將專注於他已經努力十幾年在澳洲墨爾本的癌症醫療中心Cancer Wellness & Research Centre（她原有服裝公司Koala Blue），她也努力想將醫療用大麻在澳洲合法化。

  Olivia Newton-John是歷年暢銷歌星排行榜第41名的影歌雙棲巨星，她16歲時因才藝表演奪冠而前往英國比賽，因而踏入歌壇。她祖父是德國的諾貝爾物理獎得主Max Born。

Grateful Dead - Touch Of Grey

  一場規劃中的Woodstock 50演唱會參加藝人名單還沒公佈，但Billboard雜誌已經揭露一些將會參加演出的藝人的消息。

  為紀念1969年的Woodstock音樂節50周年，由Grateful Dead轉型的Dead and Company 和 Santana合唱團將在Woodstock 50演唱會領銜演出，The Grateful Dead 與 Santana都在當年的Woodstock音樂節演出過。

  另類搖滾樂隊The Killers 和 Imagine Dragons也有報導在演出名單裡，而Grammy獎得主Chance the Rapper預料將也在名單內。

  有報導指出Woodstock 50演唱會有財務問題，參加歌者將領不到酬勞，然而Billboard雜誌說：Woodstock 50組委會已經募得幾百萬美元，每個參加演出的藝人都會得到全部酬勞。

  Billboard說頭期款會先付，因為活動還沒啟動，演唱會業界人士說先付錢有點冒險。

  演唱名單最近二週將揭曉，Woodstock 50演唱會今年八月16日至18日在紐約Schuyler郡Watkins Glen村的Watkins Glen 國際賽車場舉辦舉行，離1969年舉辦場地大約一個半小時路程遠。

  Woodstock 50由協辦過1969年Woodstock音樂節的製作人Michael Lang主辦。

  即興搖滾樂團The Grateful Dead主要由Jerry Garcia、Bob Weir二位主唱於1960年代後期在舊金山組成，他們在排行榜上名次最好的歌是1987年第9名的歌Touch Of Grey，雖然排行榜上暢銷曲不多，但是這個主流搖滾樂團有很多未推出單曲的歌卻極受歌迷們歡迎，其中1969年的Dark Star還曾獲選入搖滾樂名人堂，可惜主唱吉他手之一Jerry Garcia不幸已於1995年8月因心臟病去世。

  Dead and Company有The Grateful Dead團員Bob Weir、 Mickey Hart、Bill Kreutzmann及John Mayer、Oteil BurbridgeJeff 、 Chimenti等人，2015年二月John Mayer邀請Bob Weir參加長壽談話節目The Late Late Show，當時the Grateful Dead 幾位團員正籌辦   the Grateful Dead五十周年系列節目Fare Thee Well，因John Mayer原來就愛聽the Grateful Dead 的歌，二人一拍即合，2015年十月31日，他們於紐約麥迪遜花園廣場舉辦了一場演唱會"magical"，獲得了不錯的評價，原來只準備辦一場的這個組合欲罷不能，就繼續合作下去了，他們演唱會的實況都有CD發行，但是並沒有錄音室專輯或單曲出版。

  Grateful Dead - Touch Of Grey 的Music Video用特效設計的骷髏合唱團演唱，後來才轉換成真人演唱很有意思。

George Harrison-My Sweet Lord

    已故前披頭合唱團吉他手George Harrison出生於2/25/1943，他是於11/29/2001因肺癌去世的（58歲），今年2月25日是他76歲冥誕日，他的披頭合唱團夥伴Paul McCartney特別在推特上向他的老友與搭檔致敬。

  "Happy birthday forever George, we love ya! Paul的貼文配了一張披頭合唱團全盛時期McCartney 和Harrison在舞台上表演時拍的黑白照片。

  另一披頭合唱團要角John Lennon的遺孀Yoko Ono 也發文向George Harrison致敬，其中提及她與Harrison有共同的印度或東方精神信仰，也附上一張約1970年 Harrison 與 Ono的合照。

  Harrison的兒子Dhani 也記得他父親的生日，他在推特貼上一張George Harrison在他兒時牽著他的手的照片，並寫了"Hand in hand we walk away"。

  此外Harrison自己的Twitter feed則貼上了他1979年的歌"If You Believe"及歌詞"All your love's reflected back to you"。訊息也請歌迷們一起慶祝George的生日，希望歌迷們能把與George Harrison這位傳奇歌星有關的歌曲、故事、照片與大家分享。

John Lennon and Yoko Ono-Wedding Album

   已故前披頭合唱團團員John Lennon 與日裔妻子 Yoko Ono 1969年的實驗性專輯Unfinished Music No. 3: Wedding Album，三月22日將重新發行，三月22日是這一對夫妻結婚五十周年紀念日的二天後。

  Wedding Album只有正反面二首超過20分鐘的歌"John & Yoko" 及"Amsterdam"，正面的歌"John & Yoko"是1969年四月底在倫敦Abbey Road錄音室錄的，歌裡有披頭團員和他們的太太用不同的音效與音量叫他們自己配偶的名字。

  反面的歌"Amsterdam"是John Lennon 與 Yoko Ono 當年三月25 到31 日的"Bed-In for Peace"蜜月和平活動時，他們在阿姆斯特丹希爾頓飯店錄音片段的蒙太奇特效，其中包括訪問片段、即興表演等。

  後來發行的Wedding Album CD版加了三首Yoko Ono唱的歌，所以一共有五首歌。

 重新發行的Wedding Album盒裝版包括原版封裝，其中有John 和 Yoko婚禮與"Bed-In for Peace"蜜月和平活動的照片，1960年代晚期社會氛圍還相當保守，John Lennon 與 Yoko Ono把房間內的事拿來炒作，雖然冠以和平的大帽子，但仍然引人側目，盒裝版裡還有他們的結婚證書拷貝、他倆的塗鴉、婚禮中的蛋糕照片等。

  盒裝限量版還送一張黑膠唱片，但只有特定的唱片行有賣。

  Wedding Album是John Lennon and Yoko Ono三張實驗性專輯的最後一張，前二張是Unfinished Music No. 1: Two Virgins及Unfinished Music No. 2: Life with the Lions，第三張Unfinished Music No. 3: Wedding Album，演唱人用"John and Yoko"之名，不用姓。

  專輯錄音分別於1969年三月22 與27日在倫敦Abbey Road錄音室，還有三月25–31日於阿姆斯特丹希爾頓酒店902室完成。

Journey-Open Arms

  搖滾樂團Journey的吉它手Neal Schon上週動了膽囊手術後，已康復中，他在推特中透露了他的健康狀況。

  Neal Schon在推特上寫道：他因膽被感染而發炎，被送急診室手術取出，他感覺不很好要休養幾天，他不舒服三年半了，但一直以為是有寄生蟲，現在感到舒服極了。

   Neal Schon接著在禮拜一寫道：他謝謝歌迷們的支持，也希望未來四週已排好的《Journey Through Time》巡迴演唱會，他能參加演出。

  他要感謝歌迷們的祝福，因為來自歌迷的友情是他繼續發揮創意的泉源，他迫不急待重回舞台上表演，他會健康的重新登場，但如有必要，他還是會繼續休養，Love you all。

  重新組合的Journey 2019年巡迴演唱會《Journey Through Time》，將於二月22日在加州Jackson開唱，接著的行程是23日在加州Oakland，三月1日轉往亞歷桑那州鳳凰城，然後再回洛杉磯。

  Journey是1980年代很受歡迎的搖滾樂團，Neal Schon與另一位擔任鍵琴手與主唱的團員Gregg Rolie都曾是Santana合唱團的團員，但是1978加入Journey的主唱Steve Perry則是這個團體走向成功的關鍵人物。

  Journey在歷年暢銷歌星排行榜獲得第153名，他們在Billboard Hot 100排行榜上名次最好的歌是1982年獲得第2名的" Open Arms"，但在當年另二本知名的流行音樂雜誌Cash Box「錢櫃雜誌」與Record World「唱片世界」的排行榜上，"Open Arms"都獲得冠軍。

Linda Ronstadt - You're No Good (Live In Hollywood 1980)

    近年來Linda Ronstadt很少接受訪問，但她為了推廣她唯一的現場演唱專輯而破例接受了訪問。

  得過Grammy獎的Linda Ronstadt 2011年就退休了，因為患了帕金森氏病，她無法繼續唱歌，她只能坐在椅子上介紹剛推出的Live in Hollywood專輯，這張唱片是從她替HBO錄製的特別節目剪輯出來的。

  在Rhino唱片公司最新podcast裡可以看到Linda Ronstadt深情演唱"It's So Easy " 、"Hurt So Bad" 、"Blue Bayou" 及 "You're No Good"這些她的暢銷曲。

  Linda表示：歐巴馬當選總統的時候她才買了此生唯一的一台電視機，她強調：之前她家的電視機還是機上有像兔耳朵天線的機型。

  她還高興的補充說明：我的兔耳朵電視機壞了，只能看到三個頻道，如果想看PBS美國公共電視節目，就要買一台新的兔耳朵電視機，所以我以前不大看電視，不知道HBO和類似頻道播些什麼東西？我不喜歡上電視，能不上電視就不上。

  而這場演唱會呢？Linda僅有的印象裡就是感到很不舒服。他回憶：我只感到很熱，我很怕會在電視播，那會很糟糕。

  我們盡力了，真熱﹗休息室縫隙有大燈的熱光照進來，我不是一個愛發牢騷的人，但實在沒辦法在那種環境工作…。

  Linda Ronstadt 1946 年出生於美國亞歷山納州Tucson，是歷年暢銷歌星排行榜第65名的巨星，1964年去洛杉磯發展，組成過the Stone Poneys合唱團，1971年她和Glenn Frey、Don Henley、Randy Meisnerd等人組了一個伴唱團，就是後來的另一個天團the Eagles。

  在歌唱界留有佳績的她，不幸得到老年癡呆的帕金森氏病，已無法再唱歌，在Linda Ronstadt - You're No Good (Live In Hollywood 1980) 專輯的Video裡看她年輕時在舞台上表演的英姿，令人不勝唏噓。
