"Taxi"的故事

已故民歌作曲人、歌手Harry Chapin的情境歌曲"Taxi"及"Sequel"中的女主角Clare Alden MacIntyre-Ross，三月九日因心肌哽塞於維吉尼亞州Falls Church去世。

Harry Chapin於 1942年出生於紐約Greenwich Village，1981年七月16日因車禍去世 (38歲)，他的成名曲"Taxi"於1972獲得24名。

Taxi這一首歌講Harry與Sue曾是一對情侶，因女方想當演員，男方想當飛行員而分手，沒想到後來事與願違，Harry開計程車維生，Sue卻如願成了明星，住豪宅。在一個下大雨的夜晚，Harry正想多賺一點車資過日子，他卻載了前女友 Sue，經過禮貌性地寒暄，Harry知道他們已經是不同世界的人了。這首歌最令人難忘的一段是後來Sue拿出二十元付二點五元的車資，並且說"Harry, keep the change"，換別人也許會生氣，也或許感到受傷，但Harry只是把鈔票塞進了口袋裡。
