The Beatles很重要的專輯唱片Sgt.Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band當中的名曲Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds，歌詞中所唱的Lucy，其實真有其人，她是John Lennon的兒子 Julian Lennon的幼稚園同學，名叫Lucy O'Donnell，她不幸已於去年九月去世，Julian Lennon有一天在學校畫了Lucy的畫像，旁邊有星星與一些塗鴉，回家後告訴John Lennon：It's Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds，John Lennon得到靈感，創作出Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds這首歌，Beatles沒有發行過這首歌的單曲，但是Elton John唱的這首歌是1974年二週冠軍曲。
電影（畢業生）的導演Mike Nichols，六月十日在美國洛杉磯獲影藝學院頒發終生成就獎，會中請到了Simon&Garfunkel演唱主題歌Mrs.Robinson，其實這首歌在電影專輯中並沒有演唱版，後來Simon&Garfunkel的另一張專輯Bookends中才收錄進去。
