Carole King明年出自傳

Carole King 6月13日宣佈她的自傳Natural Woman將在明年4月出版。


1971年的今天（6/19）Carole King的單曲It's Too Late 與反面的I Feel The Earth Move開始連續五週在排行榜獲得冠軍，這二首歌都是她的專輯唱片Tapestry當中的歌。

Carole King是歷年暢銷歌星排行榜第291名的出名女歌星、作曲人，也擅於鋼琴，1959年Neil Sedaka為她寫了Oh Carole這首歌，曾獲得第9名，但1958年她就和作曲人Gerry Goffin結婚，這對詞曲搭擋寫出了4首排行榜冠軍曲，包括Will You Love Me Tomorrow、Go Away Little Girl、Take Good Care Of My Baby與the Loco Motion，1971年Carole King因專輯唱片Tapestry與其中的單曲替她得了四座葛萊美獎，她和Goffin於1968年離婚，但他們的女兒Lousie Goffin 1979年也踏入歌壇。

Carole King是搖滾樂紀元最成功的女作曲家。

Tapestry專輯唱片的標題歌Tapestry沒有推出過單曲，但也是一首非常好聽的歌。
